Tender packages on a deadline
Tender documents are long, technical and due on a fixed date. Send us the whole package as early as you can: we confirm the price and the delivery date in writing, split the work across translators, and keep one glossary so that company names, product names and defined terms read the same in every document.
- Tell us the submission deadline and the format the tender requires
- Mark the documents that must be notarized; the rest can be plain translations
- Send glossaries or earlier translations if you have them
Registering or working with a company in Georgia
A foreign company that opens a branch, registers a subsidiary or signs a deal in Georgia usually submits its registry extract, charter and powers of attorney with a notarized Georgian translation. Documents issued abroad need an apostille or legalization from their own country first.
Georgian companies going abroad need the same in reverse: an extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurs, apostilled at the Public Service Hall and translated into the language of the country.
Registry extracts are often required to be recent. Check how old the receiving office allows it to be before you order the translation.
