Apostille first, then translation
If the certificate will be used in another country, the apostille usually comes first, because it has to be translated together with the certificate.
- 1Georgian certificate: get the apostille at the Public Service Hall. Foreign certificate: get it in the country that issued it.
- 2Send us the certificate with its apostille. We translate both.
- 3The translation is notarized and ready to submit.
Is your certificate old or damaged? Some offices abroad find old formats hard to read. A new-format repeat certificate from the Public Service Hall can save you a rejected application.

FAQ
Questions about this service
Short answers before you order
Yes. The apostille is part of the document and is always translated together with the certificate.
Yes. Old certificates are translated in full, including handwritten entries. If anything is hard to read, we ask you before we finish.
As in their passports. Send the passports' data pages with the order, and we use the same spelling everywhere.
A birth certificate is usually ready the same day. With several documents in one order, we confirm the deadline by email.
Usually not: a photo or PDF is enough. If the office wants the translation bound to the original or to a notarized copy, choose that option when you order and bring the certificate.
