When you need a passport translation
- Public Service Hall: registering a marriage, a company, an individual entrepreneur or property
- Notaries: powers of attorney, sale and loan agreements, consents
- Residence permits and other applications to the migration service
- Banks: opening an account as a non-resident
- Abroad: a Georgian passport or ID card for a visa, a university or an employer
What the translator gets right
The whole data page is translated, not just the name: nationality, date and place of birth, issuing authority, document number, issue and expiry dates, stamps and notes.
Names keep the passport's own Latin spelling. If the passport says Giorgi, the translation cannot say George. Dates are written out in words, because 05.03 and 03/05 mean different days in different countries.
Applying with several documents? Send them together, so every name is spelled the same way across the whole order.

FAQ
Questions about this service
Short answers before you order
No. Send a photo or scan on WhatsApp or through the order form. Only the paper translation has to be collected, and someone else can collect it for you.
A passport translation is usually ready the same day, often within a few hours of your order being confirmed.
Yes. We copy the Latin spelling from the passport and use it the same way in every document of your order.
Not for use in Georgia. For use abroad it depends on the country and the office, so ask them first.
The translation itself does not expire, but it belongs to that passport. A renewed passport needs a new translation.
