How we translate academic documents
Universities compare a translation with the original line by line, so nothing is summarized: every subject, credit, hour count and grade is translated, together with stamps, signatures and the apostille.
Grades are kept in the original scale. Converting them is the job of the university or the recognition body, and a converted grade in a translation can get it rejected. Subject names use the established terms, so the same subject reads the same way in the diploma and the transcript.
Order the diploma and its supplement together. They are usually submitted as one set and must use the same names and terms.

Usually yes. Universities and recognition bodies look at the subjects and grades, which are in the supplement or transcript, not in the diploma itself.
For use abroad, usually yes: get the apostille first so it is translated too. Check with the university, because requirements differ by country.
No. Grades are translated exactly as they appear in the original. The receiving university or recognition body converts them if needed.
Per page of the original, like every document. A long transcript with many subjects may count as several pages; the calculator and our confirmation show the exact price before you pay.
A diploma is usually ready the same day. A diploma with a multi-page supplement may take one to two business days; we confirm the deadline by email.
