Accuracy first
A doctor abroad makes decisions based on the translation, so nothing is simplified. Diagnoses keep their established terms and codes, Latin terms and drug names are kept as written, and doses, units and reference ranges are copied exactly.
Handwriting and abbreviations are common in medical records. If something cannot be read with certainty, we mark it in the translation or ask you, rather than guess.
Notarization is not always needed for medical documents. Many clinics and insurers accept a translation without it, while embassies and state offices usually require it. Ask the receiving side before you order.

Short answers before you order
Not always. Clinics often accept a plain or certified translation; embassies, state offices and some insurers want it notarized. Choose the option when you order.
Yes. If part of the handwriting cannot be read with certainty, we mark it as illegible or check with you instead of guessing.
A discharge summary of a few pages is usually ready the same day. Tell us your travel date when you order and we plan the deadline around it.
Yes. Medical files are used only for your order and shared with no one except the translator and, if you ask for it, the notary.
Most often English, German, Russian and Turkish, for clinics in Europe, Israel and Turkey, but we work with all our 20+ languages.
