What we translate
Every document is translated in full: fields, stamps, signatures and handwritten notes.
- Personal: passports, ID cards, driving licences
- Civil: birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates

Plain, certified or notarized?
The office that receives your document decides what kind of translation it needs. You choose when you order:
- Plain translation: for your own use, for reading a document or for offices that accept any accurate translation.
- Notarized translation: the translator's signature is certified by a notary. Required by the Public Service Hall, courts, notaries, embassies and most universities.
- With apostille: some countries also want an apostille on the notarized translation. See our apostille page for the order of steps.
If you are unsure, order the notarized version: it is accepted wherever a plain translation is.
Languages we work with
Most orders are between Georgian and English, Russian, German, Turkish, French, Italian, Spanish, Armenian and Azerbaijani, but we work with 22 languages in total. A translation between two foreign languages goes through Georgian, which is why it costs both rates.
Names, dates and numbers are copied exactly from your passport and the original, and are spelled the same way in every document of one order.

Within 30 minutes during business hours we email you the confirmed price. Pay by payment link or bank transfer.

3.We send the final document
You get a scan of the finished translation by email. Pick up the paper copy at our office or order courier delivery.

Upload a photo or PDF in the order form on this page, or send it on WhatsApp. We confirm the price and deadline by email, you pay by link or bank transfer, and we send the finished translation.
Yes. Send the document online and pay by card or transfer. We email a scan and can send the paper translation by courier or hand it to someone in Tbilisi.
One page of the original document. A passport or ID card counts as one page. For long text documents we may count by volume and tell you before you pay.
Yes. Your files are used only for your order, and every translator works under a confidentiality obligation.
Yes. Larger orders get a volume discount, shown in the price list and applied automatically in the calculator.
